The Wu Tsai Institute (WTI) is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Student to join our team as

a Study Site Coordinator. This role entails providing essential support and guidance for

psychology-based research studies conducted on Saturdays at the Yale Peabody Museum.

 

Reporting to the Programs Coordinator at the Center for Neurocognition and Behavior, this

position will support on-site research studies at the Yale Peabody Museum on Saturdays,

coordinating schedules using an online platform, and acting as the communication link among

WTI research team members, lab managers, principal investigators, and museum staff.

Responsibilities include administrative and project management tasks, developing orientation

sessions for new team members, supporting logistics for testing and workshops, creating

communications content, and advising resource budgets.

Skills

 

Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to manage schedules,

handle administrative tasks, coordinate multiple projects, and maintain orderly records.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written

communication, relationship-building, and collaboration with diverse team members

and stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency and Problem-Solving Ability: Familiarity with scheduling tools and

administrative software, along with the capability to address logistical and operational

challenges.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Applicants must be currently enrolled at Yale, possess strong organizational and

communication skills. An interest in human participant research is a plus.

Compensation $17.50/hour

Hours 10.0 to 12.0 hours per week
