This position is only open to Graduate & Professional Students. The Yale Alumni Association seeks organized and detail-oriented Graduate & Professional students to help support transportation coordination for the Yale College Reunion weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing logistics and with customer service. Transportation Coordinators will be based in an office setting at Rose Alumni House, and will be responsible for filling shifts to help support the operation of the Reunion Shuttle service. This small-but-mighty team is a critical part of the reunion operation, and should expect to work early mornings and/or late nights. Transportation coordinators will be on-site for both reunion weekends, May 20-24 & May 27-31, and will need to be available from 12pm on Wednesdays until 4pm on Sundays. |
