Job Description
The Global GreenChem Accelerator is a joint Yale–UNIDO initiative. We are seeking a Program Associate to support the execution of a multi-country business accelerator program spanning six countries and their key stakeholders, the National Cleaner Production Centers (NCPCs).
The Program Associate will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality program operations, focusing on data integrity on AcceleratorApp, coordinating activities with country teams, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to curriculum and investment-readiness activities.
This role is ideal for a Yale student who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about global sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems.
The role will feature responsibilities in the following areas (assignment depending on candidates time commitment and experience):

1. Accelerator Data Management, Reporting & Platform Operations
Collect, manage, and validate data from the Business Accelerator to support investor engagement strategies, stakeholder tracking, and reporting needs.
Maintain high-quality data hygiene within AcceleratorApp across all six countries, including cleanup, validation, tagging, and standardization of startup, mentor, judge, and alumni records.
Coordinate with in-country teams to collect and consolidate data required for donor KPI reporting, including metrics related to participation, gender inclusion, milestones, and outcomes.
Assist in developing and implementing a data management strategy and work plan, ensuring consistency across countries and alignment with requirements.
Apply system-wide naming conventions, folder structures, and workflow standards to ensure accurate, audit-ready data.

2. Program Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Support coordination of weekly global calls, office hours, and cross-country working sessions by preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking follow-up actions.
Serve as a communication bridge between Yale and International Country teams, distributing updates, clarifications, curriculum announcements, and timeline reminders.
Engage with key stakeholders (mentors, investors, partners, alumni, and ecosystem actors) in close collaboration with in-country teams.
Maintain communication matrices, stakeholder contact lists, and engagement trackers to ensure transparency and alignment across countries.
Draft content for communication products that highlight program milestones, success stories, and ecosystem impact, including internal updates, reports, presentations, and external-facing materials.

3. Knowledge Management, Alumni & Ecosystem Support
Assist in knowledge management by organizing, documenting, and maintaining program resources, lessons learned, templates, and best practices across Accelerator cycles.
Upload, organize, and version-control curriculum modules, case studies, templates, and investment-readiness materials in shared digital repositories.
Support alumni network management by helping track alumni progress, facilitating access to resources, and connecting alumni to relevant mentors, investors, and ecosystem opportunities.
Contribute to building continuity between Accelerator cohorts by supporting post-program engagement and documentation of outcomes.

4. Investment Readiness & General Program Support
Support investor-facing activities by helping prepare data, summaries, and materials relevant to startup pipelines and investment readiness.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the program team as needed, including ad hoc research, documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
Assist with special initiatives and cross-cutting projects that support the overall execution and evolution of the Global GreenChem Accelerator.
