Job Description

The Office Assistant will support the Yale School of Management’s Alumni Relations team by providing a wide range of administrative and program support. Responsibilities include assisting with alumni records and research, entering data into donor and alumni relations database), CVENT (event management system), and our alumni engagement platform. The students will maintain Excel spreadsheets to track research findings and support other general administrative tasks including organizing supplies & maintaining filing systems.

Office Hours Available: 
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  

  • Web maintenance experience and social media skills  

  • Punctuality and confidentiality  

  • Attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Good judgment and professionalism 

Compensation $17.00/hour
Job Level CY25: Level II
Hours 8.0 to 20.0 hours per week
