The Office Assistant will support the Yale School of Management’s Alumni Relations team by providing a wide range of administrative and program support. Responsibilities include assisting with alumni records and research, entering data into donor and alumni relations database), CVENT (event management system), and our alumni engagement platform. The students will maintain Excel spreadsheets to track research findings and support other general administrative tasks including organizing supplies & maintaining filing systems. Office Hours Available: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM |
