- Act as a liaison between the faculty Coordinator and SIGs/Centers & Programs
- Keep tabs on events and things of interest that are being organized around campus
- Communicate updates through the website, email list, and Discourse/social media
- Work with the Learning Community Coordinator to determine the platform for the coming years events
- Assist with some event coordination, conference planning, and remote events
- Assist with curricular needs – i.e., gather information on suggested new classes, collect feedback and resources from students
- Work across Learning Communities and the other Student Leads to identify best practices, common needs, and potential opportunities for collaboration
- Reach out to other Yale schools and departments to spread the word about YSE Learning Community events
- Assist with program evaluation
- Highlight alumni and career information relevant to the Learning Community
- Assist with general website updates
