Job Description

Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) hires instructional staff to teach in-person at Yale University. Preferred candidates include graduate or undergraduate students, or recent graduates, with a desire to teach and a passion for working cooperatively with others. Instructional staff mentor and teach students in one or more of our YYGS academic tracks.

Successful candidates will demonstrate genuine academic and professional interest/experience in fields related to one or more of these academic tracks. Ideal candidates will also have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, mentoring/teaching experience and previous experience with YYGS or a similar program. Please view our prospectus for more detailed information and how to apply.

Job Highlights:

  • Competitive compensation ($5,000 - $8,500) for two or three YYGS sessions
  • Teaching and mentorship opportunity

  • Limited on-campus housing is available for instructional staff who assume additional residential responsibilities
