Job Description

Dr. Yang is seeking a motivated student for a paid research project applying prior coding experience to investigate the impact of racial discrimination on emergency medicine residents.

Students with prior coding experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with STATA or R is preferred. Students will use an existing dataset to investigate the impact of discrimination on the mental health of resident physicians. This position is well-suited to students who are interested in going on to graduate school or medical school. Job Requirements

Ability to devote at least 10 hours a week to research. 

   Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills. 

   Prior coding experience (especially with STATA) is preferred. 

   Prior experience in health services research is preferred (optional).

Compensation $15.75/hour
Job Level FY24: Level I
