This position is responsible for handling catering related supplies, equipment, food and beverage in preparation for events, serving customer specified food and beverages, replenishing and pickup of service items during events, and breakdown and clean-up after events. The Reunion Hospitality Attendant position serves food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. 1}· May be required to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. 2}· Set and maintain the bar and buffet areas including supplies and related items. 3}· Serves food and beverages to guests. 4}· Buses tables throughout the event. 5}· Buses catering event areas throughout the event. 6}· Sets up and breaks down banquet props, decorations, table drapes, linen, silverware. 7}· Break down the bar and buffet when service is over. 8}· Observes the rules of the Yale Hospitality Department 9}· Cleans job related or assigned areas, equipment and utensils. 10}· Observes safety standards and practices. 11}· Perform related duties as required or assigned. 12}· Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
