The successful applicant must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiating, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and coordinate academically focused, co-curricular events. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. A successful candidate has experience working well with students and providing mentorship and training for particular leadership positions. A strong applicant must be able to work independently in a constantly changing environment. This position requires evening and occasionally a weekend work schedule. Past NACC House Staff have been assigned projects regarding: community building, alumni outreach, academic workshops, social media management, holiday event planning, etc. We encourage potential applicants to have an interest in community building and provide a resume that speaks to your involvement and leadership experiences that are relevant to this area. |
